I have used Mister a few times. The first time they replaced a broken spring. The second time my garage went out on a weekend. The person that came on a Sunday was a subcontractor and didn't fix the problem. I did call back Mister because I was upset to be charged for a repair without it really being fixed. They sent my original repair person, Juan and he fixed the problem without charging me again. I appreciate that they made good on the service. So ask for Juan and wait until Monday unless its a true emergency.
